Dave Pickhardt
is founder and senior partner with The Archimedes Group and is a nationally recognized figure in Commercial
Operations and Managed Healthcare. He is considered an expert in pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical strategy and execution
in managed markets, including all payer types, institutional systems, government markets, provider markets, and distribution
markets. He has led best-in-class contracting, pricing, marketing, commercial government relations and customer service departments
for large pharma and is skilled at the efficient use of resources and technology. Mr. Pickhardt is known for his ability to
both innovate and to deliver corresponding results. Mr. Pickhardt
architected and implemented the first of what is currently referred to as Fee For Service in the Trade channels in 1998, and
has been a leader helping to innovate ways to provide prescription drug discounts to those without prescription drug coverage
through Together Rx. Mr. Pickhardt is a skilled change agent, manager and is well versed designing and implementing
organizational design to ensure optimal performance. He is a skilled consultant and advisor and is sought after for his leadership
skills regarding transformation projects within pharmaceutical commercial operations. Equally, Mr. Pickhardt is able to provide
clients with significant experience and insight in alliance management.Mr. Pickhardt has led large teams and projects with successful outcomes in the areas of strategy, organizational development,
process improvement and execution. His acumen, level of personal accountability, and comfort interacting with people
from the C-suite to the front lines provide the added edge to clients to ensure success on all fronts. He is an industry

Mr. Laconi
is a senior partner with The Archimedes Group. Mr. Laconi is a seasoned results-proven management executive with extensive
experience in providing technical expertise and business acumen that drive productivity and financial gains for leading pharmaceutical
and biotechnology organizations. Mr. Laconi most recently led
the development of Chemogen Inc. as President. Chemogen is a biotechnology company with a focus on diagnostics in the area
of infectious disease. His leadership led to the sale and commercialization of the Chemogen discovery. He has served
in a variety of Vice President and managerial positions in the pharmaceutical industry. He has achieved superior results across
many disciplines and contributed to the success of commercial efforts at Aventis, Hoechst Marion Roussel, Marion Merrell Dow
and Marion Laboratories. During his career he built a distinguished record of achievement and advancement in the areas of
sales management, general management, management training and human resources. He is an expert in transformation projects
and has implemented numerous sales force sizing initiatives. He has a long-standing record of success and has received numerous
awards for building top-performing sales and management teams, fueling multimillion-dollar revenue and profit growth and leading
turnaround initiatives of under-performing divisions.Mr. Laconi is
currently a member of the Board of Directors of Chemogen, Inc., as well as a past member of the Board of Regents at Rockhurst
University, Kansas City, Missouri.
